Senior Manager, Business Transformation, CFGI
Dr. Chatterjee has been instrumental in my career development as a mentor. After being 6 years removed from graduating UGA and gaining strong career growth, I was in search of finding a mentor to challenge me unlock my true potential. After reaching out to Dr. Chatterjee, our relationship started taking off, specifically enabling me to start providing back to the MIS program that positioned me so well for success. Creating this relationship with UGA, from sponsoring projects to speaking every semester on RPA, has fueled my desire to mentor students post-college and help revamp the mentoring program at my firm. Because of this, and the support from Dr. Chatterjee, I am now looked at, within a firm of 500+ employees, as one of the top leaders relating to upskilling the people within the practice. Beyond the connectivity to UGA, Dr. Chatterjee has been a thought-leader in my eyes. I'm able to leverage him as a sounding board to new concepts in looking to penetrate the market and be challenged in a clear, concise way that has seen greater penetration in target audience. His empathy and true genuine nature of supporting his former students has allowed, what is a professional relationship, to turn into a more personal one. I'm blessed to have had the opportunity to have Dr. Chatterjee enter my professional career because since then, I've continued to unlock potential I did not know existed that has created an inflection point of fast-tracking to become one of the youngest partner of my firm. I'm indebted to him for his support and have done my best to emulate his qualities to truly treat colleagues as people first, colleagues second. Now, with my recent move back to the city of Atlanta and the backing of my firm to grow out our office, my top priority is to continue to strengthen my relationships with Dr. Chatterjee and strengthening the partnership with the MIS program supporting the next great minds.
